Susan Baker

Executive Director

Upon retiring from the City of Austin after 24 years, in 2010 Susan began volunteering on a monthly basis with the Liberty Hill Community Food Bank. When need outgrew the organization, Susan, along with 3 other volunteers, founded Operation Liberty Hill in 2012. She's married, has 2 children, 6 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren. Susan continues to passionately serve our community and lead OLH every day.

Regina O'Brien, MPH, CHES

Program Director

Marrying a Texas native and serviceman meant Regina moved often but always had roots here in TX. She came home to roost in 2020 - and no one said that year would be fun. The Lord led Regina to OLH. She's married, has 3 children, 1 dog, 1 llama, and a lot of rabbits, chickens, quail and ducks.

Regina is director of Rise Up - a multifaceted program with wrap-around services designed to meet people's needs and enabling them to become financially stable.
